City to baristas: Bikinis OK, but cover up the pasties, tape
Bonney Lake City Attorney Jim Dionne says rules already in the books are strong enough to ban the baristas from serving coffee topless. Dionne said bikinis will still be allowed, but even the partial regulation was music to the ears of residents who were steaming over the half-naked baristas. "Electrical tape is not clothing and it does not cover the entire breast," said Jeannie Prestinger.
