Motown headliner to provide musical soul to CelebrateErie
The sounds of Motown will be in the air during CelebrateErie. Souled Out, a Motown/soul dance band, will be the headliner Aug. 15. The band was part of the musical lineup released Thursday by Mayor Joe Sinnott.
