Large numbers turn out for balloon event
ESCANABA - Just one look at the amount of cars parked at Ludington Park Wednesday evening may be proof enough the Balloons on the Bays event and Escanaba City Band concert were a success. The concert, which is held every Wednesday evening in summer at the Karas Bandshell in Ludington Park, was held in conjunction with Escanaba's preview event of Balloons on the Bays.
