Dundee to Debut July 4 Event
DUNDEE Last Fourth of July, Councilwoman Melinda Carden, Councilman Randy Dowd and their families went to watch the fireworks at the neighboring town of Lake Hamilton.They were so impressed that they returned to Dundee determined to organize a similar event for their own town.

Fireworks and more planned for Fourth
Organizers have planned a lot more than a big bang in Glen Miller Park on Friday. Oh, there will be fireworks when American Legion Post 65 stages its 62nd annual Fourth of July Fireworks Show on Roosevelt Hill. But this year there also will be bands and booths, a helicopter fly-over and a performance by the Richmond Symphony Orchestra.
