The third annual Arts on the Fly music, dance and art festival goes this weekend in Horsefly, about 45 minutes east of Williams Lake.The event begins Friday at 5:30 p.m. with the Mystic Magik art show, showcasing artwork from Lisa Tressiera McKay and Jacob "Moondog" Gillespie.
