MARTINSBURG - Fireworks scheduled at War Memorial Park in Martinsburg tonight have been postponed until Saturday, according to Steve Catlett of the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation. On Saturday, events including a moonbounce will begin at 6 p.m., with music beginning at 6:30 p.m. Fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m., said Catlett.
