Bike show set July 19
Pott. Co. Leathers and Bike Accessories and Forsaken Few will hold the second bike show July 19 with registration starting at noon at Pott Co. Leathers on Harrison Street. The show will feature live music by Ironhorse, McWade and Company and T.J. Mayes. There will be a bikini bike wash and 50/50 drawing. Entry fee for the bike show is $10. All proceeds will go to Santa Fest.

POINT PLEASANT — Music played loudly and the sun was bright throughout the day for Saturday’s activities at the Point Pleasant Sternwheel Regatta. The final day of this year’s Regatta was devoted to children and was filled with activities for kids and their families from start to finish.

Fourth festivities
With flags flying in the breeze and rhinestones sparkling in the sunshine, more than 100 entries marched, glided, pedaled and drove through cheering crowds that lined Morgan Hill streets as the city's Fourth of July parade was the highlight of the day's celebration for many, but certainly the 'lowlight' was the cancellation of the planned fireworks show that evening.
