Deadly Hit & Run Kills 3-Year-Old
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Department is searching for a suspect in the deadly hit and run of a 3-year-old girl. Sheriff’s deputies say Ted Shaff was backing out of a driveway on Brookwood Drive in Farmington when he hit the child. Investigators say Shaff then parked the vehicle and fled on foot.
