Downtown Plano festivals canceled abruptly

POWWOW IN THE PARK The world of the Native American is featured 9 a.m.-8 p.m. today at Krutch Park, 519 S. Gay St. in downtown Knoxville. Indian Creek Productions presents "Spirit of the Nations" powwow at the park. The event is free and includes demonstrations of Native American dancing, drumming, music and storytelling. Visitors are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs.
