Concert kicks off festival
Bill Harsh’s highly-polished tuba reflects the audience and surrounding area in Mingus Park Saturday. The Oregon Coast Music Festival kicked off its 30th season with the free concert at the band stage near the pool. The band played a tribute to the troops.
