Death sentence upheld
The Ohio Supreme Court unanimously upheld the death sentence Tuesday for a Euclid man who claimed he killed a music producer in self-defense. Delano Hale, 40, shot 46-year-old Douglas Green of Cleveland four times in the head on June 21, 2004, at the Lake Erie Lodge in Euclid.

Leon Fleisher begins Chamber Music Society season
