Quaker park neighborhood gets a hug
Neighbors strolling around the block together, friends breaking bread and children dancing to praise songs being sung nearby — the scene at Quaker Park on Saturday was probably a lot more similar to what its founders had envisioned for the area's future than what had been transpiring there the past several years.
