Bluegrass Fest Continues
The Old-Time Country Music Jamboree continues today in Bay Roberts as a part of Klondyke Days. The event, taking place at the Bay Arena, includes featured bluegrass group "Close to Home" of Nova Scotia. Also on stage will be a number of local acts including Jimmy Linegar.

McHENRY – There was some slight confusion with a lost-and-found booth set up near the entrance of the Petersen Park picnic area, near the shore of McCullom Lake. Bobbi Pantaleo, of McHenry, explained that the booth was not literally a place to pick up lost umbrellas, purses and other misplaced items. It was a place where you could find your soul.
