Composer sues over song in 'Jersey Boys'
NEW YORK -- A composer and his late songwriting partner's daughter have sued EMI Music Publishing Inc. for $100,000, claiming the company failed to pay them royalties for a hit song featured in the Tony-winning Broadway musical "Jersey Boys."
