Savannah -- The Telfair Museum of Art will hold its music series Jepson Live from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday. The monthly music series features live music at the Jepson Center for the Arts on the second Friday of each month. Admission is free to museum members and $10 for the general public. Saturday music festival in Martin County to benefit breast cancer patient
A music festival on Saturday aims to help a local family that has given much to the community. Sharon Jewett was diagnosed with stage four breast and liver cancer in early February. She has worked as a respiratory therapist for about six years at Martin Memorial Medical Center. She is undergoing chemotherapy, and she might need to give up some work to battle the cancer.
