Art festival draws a crowd
ESCANABA - The Waterfront Art Festival Saturday in Ludington Park was a hit with the community and a big success, according to officials. The event is sponsored annually by the Bay Area Arts Association. This year was the festival's 37th year. Jane Paulin, president of the Bay Area Arts Association, said this morning the event brought in as many people as it has in years' past.
