W.Va. symphony director heading to Dayton
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - The West Virginia Symphony Orchestra's executive director is heading to Dayton. The Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra says Paul Helfrich will replace Curtis Long as its president beginning October 27. Helfrich has been with the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra for 12 years.
