It's going to be a magic weekend in Minetto, but don't expect any rabbits in hats. Music, face painting, exhibits, races and a barbecue will highlight Magic in Minetto, which begins at 3 p.m. today in Riverview Park along Route 48.

'American Pie' actor to jam at pub crawl
Being called "Kevin" doesn't bother Thomas Ian Nicholas. "People can get a little upset when they yell 'Kevin' and I don't turn around," said the actor, laughing. Folk songwriter Erik Darling dies
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Erik Darling, the reedy-voiced guitarist and banjo player who deftly stepped in when Pete Seeger left the pioneering folk music group The Weavers, has died after battling lymphoma. He was 74. He died Sunday in Chapel Hill, N.C.
