Proposed legislation would extend hours for serving alcohol
A developer who hopes to build a large new music venue in Smyrna has also started a campaign to promote legislation that would extend the hours for bars and clubs to serve alcohol in Delaware. If approved, this act would extend the drinking cutoff time from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. on weekends, holidays and days immediately preceding holidays.
