Army National Guard band to perform in Marion
MARION - River Valley grad James Walker is excited and humbled to return to Marion as a member of the Ohio Army National Guard 122nd Army Band. Walker and the other 80 or so members will present a free concert 5 p.m. Aug. 23 in the parking lot between Charleston Place and Carroll's Jewelers.
