McCloskey falters at Senior Amateur
Mississauga’s Robert McCloskey slipped out of contention during the final round of play at the Ontario Senior Amateur golf championship at the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club on Thursday. After posting earlier rounds of 75 and 70, the 60-year-old Mississaugua Golf and Country Club member was tied for third place with Oakville’s Tom Cochrane, of Canadian rock music fame, with identical scores of 145.
