Let freedom ring
Dobbs Ferry Historical Society is holding its Road to Freedom Day beginning at 1 p.m. at the corners of Ashford and Southfield avenues. Led by a fife and drum corps, the walk follows the route of George Washington and the Continental Army in 1781. At 2 p.m. at the Mead House, 12 Elm St., festivities continue with spirited orations, skits, 18th century music and refreshments. 914-693-8498.
