Penn Yan Teacher Accused of Theft
A Yates County middle school teacher resigned following accusations that he stole money from his employer and a local fire department. The Penn Yan Board of Education accepted the resignation of Ronald Dailey, 39. He faces 48 felony counts in connection with the alleged thefts.
