THREATENING NORTH CANAAN - Robin L. Anstett, 42, 542 Greenwoods Road East, Norfolk, was arrested and charged with threatening and breach of peace, after a domestic dispute Aug. 13 at 9 p.m. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Bantam Superior Court on Aug. 14.
