Ex-Federal Way teacher charged with new sex crime
A former Federal Way elementary school music teacher was charged Tuesday with molesting a young relative about five years ago. Scott Riley, 53, was charged with first-degree child molestation. The victim told authorities in July that she was 4 or 5 years old at the time of the incident.
