Lubbock crowd gets down with KC and band
KC & The Sunshine Band took the main stage at the Lubbock Music Festival on Friday night to a rousing ovation. Audience members, primarily seated and dormant prior to the start of the show, all rose to their feet in unison and of course, dancing ensued at the sound of one of the band's bread-and-butter hits, "Shake Your Booty."

NPR to stream new Dylan CD
Bob Dylan's new album will be released one week early as a free online stream on National Public Radio's Web site. NPR Music will stream the entire two-disc CD, "Tell Tale Signs," beginning at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday. It will be available for listening until Oct. 7, when the album is officially released by Columbia Records.
