Side roads: Oktoberfest continues
New Ulm, Minn. The 27th annual Oktoberfest, one of the state's most popular German festivals, continues Friday and Saturday in New Ulm. The event features polka bands, a musical, ethnic food, a beer garden and horse-drawn trolley rides (Saturday only) on Center Street.
