Richmond police have made an arrest in the recent shooting of a retired city music teacher. Bobby Aaron Richardson, 19, of the 1800 block of Joplin Avenue was arrested last night and charged with malicious wounding. He is accused of the Oct. 11 shooting of Haywood McCallum Jr., 56, who taught at Richmond's Armstrong High School.
