Guns drawn after man complains about loud music coming from car
Police said guns came out after a 25-year-old man repeatedly requested that another man lower the volume of loud music emanating from a car parked in an apartment complex at 3270 Ricky Drive. The man in the car complied, but things escalated when the volume was cranked again, and the man complained again.
