Hugh Jarrett, a member of the Jordanaires from 1954 through 1958, died Saturday (May 31) in Atlanta. He was 78. Jarrett had sustained injuries from a car accident in March. The Jordanaires sang on numerous pop and country hits in the 1950s, most notably with Elvis Presley.
